Payment & manual transfer
With online payment, tickets are released automatically after successful confirmation. With manual transfer, access is only granted after the payment has been received and reviewed.
Refunds & changes
If an event changes materially or is cancelled, Givēh communicates directly with buyers about the next steps. Refunds and exceptions are reviewed case by case.
Privacy & data
The website processes contact data, order data, scan logs, and payment states to operate ticketing, support, check-in, and security. Data is only used for the running of the event and the service around it.
